Once we find a person fit within our group profile requirements, we put them under a training program where the incumbent works with a mentor on specific projects. Feedback is provided at the end of each project and each milestone is tracked to determine aptitude and special strengths, gaps, and need for additional inputs and readiness for independent working. Training is a combination of classroom sessions with the mentor, reading and self-study tasks and on the job learning.
