Formed in the year 1998, Lumière Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a research and consulting firm that works intimately with clients in areas of marketing research, brand, business and HR consulting. We have a rich and diverse research experience across sectors primarily in qualitative research area.

We have earned experience by partnering with the largest Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) major in India and have handled projects using variety of methodologies ranging from idea evaluation, product evaluation, packaging testing, concept testing, full mix testing, advertising testing, to pilot implementing of market activation strategies. We have extensive experience on every Home and Personal Care brand in the company's portfolio, on each element of the marketing mix. Our client list has expanded to include sectors like Pharmaceuticals, Petrochemicals, Agri products, Retail and Media.

The Lumière Team is multi-disciplinary and have been trained in qualitative marketing research skills in house to serve the varied business interests of clients across categories and industries. Our philosophy is to develop and nurture a relationship with the prospect that is both deep and wide. The core of our research activities begins with an understanding of the business problem, and working at developing a customised research solution that best fits the problem. We have been called upon to work on a variety of business problems, both internal and external and have explored and utilised each possibility that marketing research affords in offering the optimal solution.
